Thank you FB friends for your shares this morning. Fortunately we found the little girls family fairly quickly. I printed up some Found posters and went to where the pup started following Camilla to put them up on telephone poles etc. As I got out of the car I noticed a fellow on the footpath talking to a lady in her yard, he had a little pink ball in his hand. I went over to him (posters, sticky tape and scissors in hand) and asked Are you looking for a little labrador puppy?. He said Yes saw the posters and gave me a the biggest hug! He said his little boys (4 and 2) had been in tears and he could not stop saying thank you. (All this amid getting ready to take Camilla Bazley to Brisbane airport for the next chapter of her career.) The young dad followed me home and picked up Lola full of thanks and departed saying My boys will be so happy, thank you so much, I hope karma pays you tenfold. What a wonderful way to start the day.
