Thank you Miss Garner from FedEx who phoned me this morning at 8:39 a.m. to tell me Daisys meds were en route to my house and would be delivered by 10:30 a.m. Too bad it wasnt the truth! I called FedEx back at 10:30 a.m after another no show and spoke to a supervisor who told me in detail the notes left by Miss Garner on my account that read: she left me a voice mail and she listed my address as a BUSINESS and that it was CLOSED TODAY and NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT COULD BE MADE today and placed a DELIVERY EXCEPTION on the shipment.Why in the world would ANYONE do something like that?? Ummm, you can not make this s*** up people! I was just a weeeeeee bit livid after all this mess and let the supervisor know in no uncertain terms what the contents of this FedEx OVERNIGHT pack was and the real facts of the PHONE CALL I received from Miss Garner. Within 5 minutes after hanging up with the supervisor I received a call from the local depot I deal with all the time and Sue let me know that she was holding Daisys meds in her hands. Needless to say I floored it to FedEx this a.m. and FINALLY delivered my OWN FedEx shipment! BAH!!
