Thank you Natasha Fisher and Danelle Hueging for hosting our Month-End Mixer and Active Citizen discussion last night! As JCI members, we are always looking for ways to create positive change in our communities. Last night, we came up with a number of ideas - one of which we are excited to start right away! We would like to increase positivity and civic pride in and around Winnipeg. With so many fantastic things to do and see (Bombers games, downtown living, the Farmer’s Market in the Hydro Building etc.) our new initiative is to “Pump Up Winnipeg”! Get involved using Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn by tagging @JCIWinnipeg and #pumpupwpg as you do positive things around our great “little big city”! Thank you to Shahina, Marissa, Sarah, and our 2 new members, Jason and Andriana for your great ideas on increasing positivity in Winnipeg!
