Thank you Sam for taking the time to give us feedback on our service department! Received wonderful customer service from my service adviser Ashlie Warr and Mike who wrote up the paper work. They both are very customer service oriented and should be commended for going above and beyond. Mike took the extra time to look at an issue that I was having with my Tiguan and also explain my situation with Ashlie who was able to accommodate me without even asking. They both were very proactive and I greatly appreciate their effort
