Thank you all for the tremendous support with the announcement of my moving on from The Aviary to pursue a variety of personal ventures. Nick & Grant Achatz - thank you for the incredible opportunity. Weve done some wonderful things in the past three years and I cant wait to see where the team will go with my partner in crime, Micah, at the helm. When you invest as much emotion, energy & time into a project like ours, it will always be a part of you. Im so excited for this next chapter. Helping to continue the growth of Crafthouse Cocktails, embarking on the amazing travel opportunities with the World Class program and continuing my involvement within our community of spirits and cocktails are all things Im looking forward too. In no way is this goodbye to the bar. Youll probably have to deal with seeing me more than ever. I have a strong suspicion that the next place Ill be shaking drinks at on a regular basis will be my own. From here on out, Ill be pushing harder than ever. There are a lot of folks that still havent been served a proper cocktail from a smiling bartender. We have some work to do.
