Thank you @fitness4lifetraining for this circuit.. upper body 15 reps Core 20 reps Repeat 3 to 4 times. 1 min brake . . With my boo @victoriatriay . . Triceps kickback . . Shoulder fly . . Hip crossover . . Dips . . Waking push up with a stretch . . Reverse Oblique crunch . . Shoulder press . . Rear delts . . Leg lift . . scissors inner/outer to failure . . . The last exercise in the vid wasnt part of the program @victoriatriay was actually teaching me how to do this. We did 2 sets of 15 (she did 15, I did 10 to 12 terribly)
