Thank you for checking out the post:) False accusations/false accusers: (Matthew 5:21-24) Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill (murder, homicide); and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment (sentence of condemnation): 22But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause (in vain, no purpose) shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca (senseless), shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool (godless), shall be in danger of hell fire. (That is without cause--unjust anger. Christ the teacher of reasoning skills defines it: (What cause would anyone be justifiably angry? indignation against sin/false teaching. Obviously, Christ was angry with the Pharisees/Sadducee many times. See Christ gets to the root issue before the act. If we are angry without righteous indignation against sin/false teaching, we are in threat of condemning ourselves. For our own anger being our own purpose. Which we condemn others). (If one goes around accusing people without cause, thus stuff a person makes up God is going to thump good. Fool in the verse means godless idolater heathen). 23Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee. (Here is the twist. One is going to give a love offering to God after calling them godless, like an idolatrous heathen? But, they are angry without cause taking their gift to God self-justifying themselves. This is also an act of idolatry itself). 24Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. (Self-condemning--this would obviously be very self-defeating, Their obviously sinning against someone, but do not reconcile with the other Christian. This is an attempted buy off in the making). Now, most would get mad if they seen a murderer try to bribe/buy off a judge. So it is here, spiritually speaking-as the mind predicts what our hands will do. When we condemn others with our own purpose/cause we condemn them. There is blood on the hands. We need to respect THE JUDGE. Not trying to con God. It cannot be done. He is not accepting our money/Gift here. In the end were going to the judge with dirty hands demanding to cleanse us. He already should have, at the cross. Remember, as well, If you do not forgive others, your Father in Heaven will not forgive you.
