Thank you for your support and belief in me over the years. Whatever our relationship we have a common ground on our desire to end homelessness. Now you may be working with the homeless and this message isnt for you, but it is, as I charge you to forward this message or put it in your own language and share with 5 family members, friends, or even foes and use my name (Eric Jonathan Sheptock Day)to close the deal. This recognition is for all of us wherever you are in the US and Id like us to do something uncomfortable to signify the uncomfort of homelessness. Plan now because on 12 31 14 (hell take the week between Xmas and New Years) galvanize your work place and/or place of worship into real solutions in ending homelessness. To do so I challenge you to get out and bring your coworkers and workers in, not just with food and clothes, but with time, love and wisdom, ready to listen and then strategize on moving folks towards self-sufficiency. Think about it a sandwich or a coat doesnt get someone out of homelessness, but a job and a home does. Get out and get into your local shelter and pull someone out. They can work in your place of worship cleaning or cooking soon to be discovered by someone who worships or works with you who is so moved to move them into their shed, while another believes in them and gets them into their company. Its simple on the week ending 12-31-14 get your co-workers and/or co-worshipers or fellow students together with the resolution for the new year to move someone from street/shelter to self-sufficiency via what we shall call Adopt a Homeless Person for 2015. Can you commit to this? https://youtube/watch?v=AYgi7oavYscyour Thank you
