Thank you lord for this wonderful year. The year startet pretty bad.... after a small family disput between my brothers i ended in the emergency room. I had often head ache and an epileptic attack. I recovered with my family and best friends (thank you Carmelita Canonica-Villa, Clyde Escobidal and Kuya bear) in my homeplace the Philippines. I enjoyed a wonderful month there. Fresh reloaded and motivated i got a lot of fun and success in my job (Thank you Thomas Tom for all... you are and you will be an idol and one of my best friends). Full motivated, this summer i decide to join again the IFBB Competition 2014. But i noticed that i dont have the same motivation and focus as 2013. I imagined that iam still sick and weak (from the hospital in the beginning of the year). That time i got help from my coach and one of my best friend Marco Hostettler!!!! Marco motivated me, showed me how to pose and how to train. He gave me confidence back. I felt that he believes in me, and that i entertained him and many other people. After our first meeting, i was like a new born human!!! I switched off my handy (incl. whats app) for two full month. I was every day in the gym and i gave all what i have for my job, the gym, the nutriton and the posinig. I never wasted only one second with television or other disturbings. Finally i had my top physic and i never felt better than before....... i got twice the 2nd ranking in a very strong class. This result was awesome and iam very happy and proud. It was the first time that i worked with a professional coach (physic and mental). But all the time he was more than a coach for me. He is a friend!!!! This contest was very hard for me. I lost some Kilo muscle mass to get the weight and i spend a lot of effort to train hard as before (before i was in the hospital). Iam much more motivated than ever before... for buisness, sport (gym), and life. Thank you to everybody who helped me, motivated me, and supported me all the time Happy NEW YEAR 2015 all the best, the best health, happyness and gods bless for the comming year..
