Thank you so much for all the loving, supportive, congratulatory posts and comments Ive received over the last 24 hours. I was honored (and TRULY surprised) to receive the 2014 New York Innovative Theatre Award for Outstanding Actor in a Lead Role for Phoenix Theatre Ensembles Don Juan in Hell last night at Baruch College. I am grateful not only to NYIT and to my family at the Phoenix, but also (as I said last night) to my other New York theatre families - Bedlam, Emerging Artists, and Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival - all of whom cheered me on and celebrated with me in one way or another. I know the word blessed is overused these days, but Id be lying if I said I felt any other way...
