Thank you so much to all my lovely helpers who happily donated their time and sewing skills to The Handmade with Love sewing day today. We had sooo much fun together and we managed to be very productive too! Together we managed 10 Scottie Dogs and 3 Snuggle & Care Quilts. The people who attended came from all walks in life, people who work in hospitals, a high flyer (flight stewart), beginner sewers and experienced quilters who seriously know their stuff. What was beautiful was that no matter what you did for a living and regardless of your ability, we all helped each other and made some beautiful goodies for the sick kids. The next sewing day is October 19th at Top Ryde City Hobbysew and I would love it if you could come along and join the fun too! I would love my sewers from today to leave a little comment below to let everyone out there know how they found the experience. Not too frightening just fun with a life changing purpose. I hope to see your smiling faces once again in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I am so grateful that you were here today to support the Project. X
