Thank you to all the veterans of the United States. Past and present, and to those that actively serve today. The sacrifices that you make will never be understood by a non-veteran. Many have served our great nation to keep it free of tyranny and oppression. On this day remember the freedoms you have and how you got them. Reflect on the fact that a fellow American, who doesnt even know you, signed on the dotted line and said, I give my life for you and your family to live in peace and be free. I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
