Thank you to all who were able to attend last night. We had a wonderful group with a some new people joining us. We had a wonderful group. We changed the format slightly last night to go deeper and more heart centered. It was really beautiful to have everyone share and open up from their hearts last night. It was a wonderful opportunity for all to share in a loving heart centered way and for each of the participants to feel safe and honored in their sharing. We discussed some great teachers and practitioners who have helped some of us over the years including: Panache Desai, Teal Swan, The Silva Method, and Access Consiousness. We talked about a couple books including: The Artist’s Way The Chakra Handbook We discussed Journaling as in the Artist’s Way- writing morning pages to open up our creativity and connection to spirit.
