Thank you to our friends who remembered us from Tsawout and Halat - I finally got my first feed of fresh sockeye this year (which I have been craving) and my husband, Julius Kuhanga made fish head soup for dinner tonight. I have been reading everyones posts on doing up their fish and was praying that someone would finally remember us as we were unable to go home to preserve our sockeye. Julius canned 36 jars of salmon and our friends blessed us with 20 sockeye that were flash frozen. I knew that the Creator would not forget us!
