Thanking the Lord this morning for His marvelous plan He had for us yesterday. What we thought was going to be a quick trip up north to experience a Kente Village turned into one miracle after another as God rescued us from danger. We left at 4:30 AM in a van with 4 women and two men and planned to return absolutely no later than 6 PM when it gets dark. Instead we finally drove back into HH 3 hours past dark in a pick-up truck (thanks Ansah and Doug for standing up in the back for hours through horrible, dangerous, dirty roads) with 3 men and the same four giggling women. Looking back on it we should have been frightened by many of the incidents, but we prayed and God gave us peace and sent just the right people to help us or just fixed it Himself. We have to give God the credit for fixing the radiator because it was definitely broken, but when we finally got to the nearest mechanic he could find nothing wrong with it and after that we drove for at least 5 hours without radiator problems. Best quote of the day came from Rita-Driver, when you miss one pothole you are falling into two more. I think God was a happy parent when He finally got us all tucked safely into bed!
