Thanks comcast, for giving me a faulty wifi router, yet still making us pay to install it... And then refuse to come fix it.... It is really helpful when Im trying to study and have to get up every 15 minutes to reset it.... To top it off if I want to trade it in I have to commute to a comcast center and wait for hours…. I now have no way to study considering it is 10 at night. What am I supposed to do, get dressed and hopefully find a place to go to? Who is open this late, oh yeah bars, cause that is great for studying! Their commercials that say we strive with customer service make me want to explode! And to avoid the BS! of waiting hours to exchange for a piece that you people gave me wrong, I think I will just terminate my service with you. I will also convince anyone I know considering to go to your service, it shouldnt take much considering how much you suck, and how many horror stories I have Your customer service is a complete joke, and so is this company! Never as a paying customer have I been treated like such shit!!!!!!
