Thanks everyone for your encouraging words and positive thoughts. Fridley was allowed to come home with us last night. He was so tired but you could tell he felt good knowing his papas were with him. There was finally some movement with his bowels and he managed to keep down some food. Still there are some things we have to keep an eye on, and he literally pooped a river of blood right when we got home (but the docs say not to worry and thats the medicine doing its thing), noticed some nuts or seeds in his deposit too which might be the culprit, though not sure how that got there considering we are super strict with his doggie diet. But he is on some meds that should help and hoping this will all clear up soon. Glad that as of now surgery is not necessary. And glad to have him home!
