Thanks everyone for your kind messages I went to see physcio this sunday just gone and doctor who deals in muscular skeletal injuries my injury is worse than what I was told and the advice I was given was 100 percent wrong and had infact put me in agony I went to walk in centre two weeks ago and was told to use heat and stretch these two things have infact worsened my pain and injury the physcio I see at the hospital told me no stretching because its so inflamed and painful only lean back stretch very gentle 3 times a day and ice ice ice and only gentle walking no heat running weights swimming running up the stairs none of this I have been put on codeine strong ones strong ibrofen and muscle relaxers and my injury is soft tissue damage which I been told is muscular and ligament I am not gonna not be on facebook so much But just wanted to warn people who live in peterborough about the walk in centre doctors I have already put a complaint in because I should of been x rayed and not told the wrong advice thanks for the messages and your suppport I just want to heal now right but I know it will take time maybe 3 months I have been told
