Thanks for everyone participating in the 30th MarchSTOC! The winning numbers this year were very low but that is not to take anything away from those that did win money! Out of 71 people 22 of us managed to not get a single Final Four team right, 41 got ONE final four team right (mostly Florida a few Wisconsin and my Aunt Louise was the only one who got Kentucky right, NO ONE had eventual Champion UCONN in the final four..NO ONE. I had them losing in round 1...yeah. Only 8 people had TWO Final Four teams right...our 2nd and 4th place winners were among them..our Champion was NOT. She dominated the East and kept a lot of points others lost. There were at least 18 couples in this years pool, so some of you need to help out next year and get your wife or husband or significant other to enter. Once again I would like to extend congrats to Berek Dore for maintaining his title of Last Place Male...but that is not to take anything away from Maman Bance who (is French and should be excused) claims this years award for DEAD STINKING LAST PLACE. I think we should create some sort of award that you have to display in your house until you move up in the standings the following year...just an idea! 1st place --- all I know is she is the older sister of the person in 2nd place!!! so either there was some collusion going on or this family really knows its basketball but then again their brother Doug Brooks finished 57th so collusion it is! Congrats to CARRI LAMOUREUX (hey that sounds French too what gives?) her name will appear in future lists in all Bold Caps to denote her status as one of the brethren of Champions of MarchSTOC.
