Thanks for the birthday wishes, all - staring down the last year of my twenties, Im still kind of shocked that Im happier than Ive ever been. My beautiful partner and future wife Sara inspires me daily, my family continues to support me more than ever (even if they still think Im a bit nuts), my roommate Bert is the best possible partner-in-punk-crime, and I feel really proud of the fact that Ive had bands from all over the world play in the 2040s dingy basement. Shits rad, and getting more rad by the day. Heres to my twenty-ninth year - Im sure politicians will keep lying, corporations will keep stealing, and shit will generally continue to get weird and kinda horrifying. But Im doing the best I can, and that feels pretty damn good.
