Thanks for the comments on my previous post and thank you for the request to post more photos of Ivyland. This is the Ivyland hotel and the view from my porch of the commercial building that is part of the mills four structures. There is also a 8,500 sq. ft. barn, three stories tall and an industrial building, L shaped that literally forms the fence on two sides of my property. The barn will be preserved but adapted as a center for arts and education. the industrial building will be redesigned to look like the Ivyland Hotel with an additional two stories and a French Mansard roof that actually will be a facade that hides a nine thousand Sq. ft. self contained farming system that raises fish and utilizes the waste water in an all natural nutrient solution to grow crops. This whole system grows enough food to sustain pretty much the entire community.
