Thanks for the tag Monika Björn My name is Einar. I´m 28 years old, living in Norway. From an early age I was motivated to stay active by my parents. Hiking, soccer, judo and then swimming. Spent most of my time in the pool before I started to look around for “something else”. Digging in to strength training, olympic lifting, CrossFit, gymnastic and now I realize what I was looking for was movemet. I have always been inspired by people with great movement skills, but I´ve been afraid of trying it because it always looked unachievable and I was afraid of making a fool of my self. My journey started when I bought a pair of gymnastic rings and started to play around. After a while, I finally dared to do online coaching with Ido Portal (in March 2013) before attending the movement X. Probably my most demanding 12 weeks ever, both physical and mentally. I will always be thankful for those 12 weeks, because it changed me. This is just a start, and I´m looking forward to my next step on this movement journey.
