Thanks going out to those who made this Veterans Day a big success.Councilman-elect Jack Flynn, Councilman-elect Mark Robinson, Councilman Ronald Bailey , Jennifer Muthig, David Fenton and Peter Hitchcock . I cannot leave out the wonderful women of Townsend Park who prepared and served a feast fit for a king. There was so much food that a second feast occurred at 5pm. Ham, chicken, sausage and peppers, fish, greens, cabbage, potato salad, mac salad, baked mac and cheese, rice and beans, gizzards and rice, spare ribs, soda, cupcakes made from scratch by Pastor Norman Pounds and I know I left something out. Thanks again for all you do. May God continue to bless you as he has blessed me by making you a part of my life.
