Thanks to Dave and all K105 staff for supporting my career and playing my music on the radio. Dierks Bentley has a song on his new record (Riser) titled Dam these Dreams! The line I remember hearing my song on the radio the first time it felt like some kind of drug! All I can say is exactly! This Dam dream has given me so much...... Because of this dream ive been able to take many important steps in my life! Jason Ward, friend of mine posted yesterday about me singing at his wedding, that was a LONG time ago! Just kidding Jason & Michelle, I have sat by many bonfires singing, crying, laughing! Because of this dream I was able to perform for a buddy and his daughter fighting cancer, because of this dream Ive been able to perform infront of my children, kiss the one I love when I walk off stage when she is with me! Ive participated with many GREAT musicians! Some Im still friends with, some have parted ways! Because of this dream Ive learned, Ive also lost! Dreams are not easy to follow! People ask me why do I follow my dreams???? Its in my soul! And just like you I can never let go.....Dam these Dreams! Music is entertainment, emotion, business, pleasure, commitment, fast, slow, heart, head, blood, sweat, tears, on the go, sitting in a chair, friends, foes, fans and family! I could go on and on! I look at 6 faces back home and think when will the chase end...... Im not sure! I think its just begun!
