Thanks to Ivy Armstrong, we are blessed to have 4 quarts of FRESH raw Jersey cows milk (1/3 of which is cream!), and one quart of pure sweet cream!!! All from the beautiful Sophie of Feather Ridge Farms! Tonight I made a quart of fresh churned BUTTER to contribute towards our dinner tomorrow. Oh how I wish the girls would settle into milking! (sigh) Caramel is still not letting down, but I am going to work on Dominique and Tickle tomorrow.
