Thanks to all who supported our church youth auction! There were great deals to be had and the total raised was over $48,000!! Praise God! I cant wait to see all of the wonderful work the kids will do in Haiti & New York thanks to this fundraiser!! My quilt didnt do well, the top bid topped out at $100. So we jumped in on the bidding to raise more money for the kids. We were happy to buy it back, so the kids received more money for it. But now to figure out what to do with the quilt! :). If anyone is interested in it, send me a PM! It was interesting to see what people were willing to spend tons of money on, and other items we thought would go for a lot went for very little. It was a lot of fun to watch! We cant wait for next year! Now to recover from such a long day! Oh yeah, my maple caramel popcorn went for $180! Lol, it raised $10 more than my quilt! Lol, that totally cracks me up!! đ
