Thanks to my friend beautiful, his son Nick and the IGG the Whaler - TopicsExpress

Thanks to my friend beautiful, his son Nick and the IGG the Whaler is now in the driveway. We took everything out of the boat, skis, tow lines, ski gloves, stuff that has accumulated over the years. I washed the interior, it is better, but not great. It is cleaner now that it has been in a few years, well at least on the inside. The outside could use a good polishing and a coat of wax, but that will wait until next year. I got the Bimini top back from the canvas shop yesterday. It had a couple of small holes and a ripped seam, but all fixed now and at a reasonable rate. The anchor & rode are in good shape. A small Danforth Hi Tensile , 8 feet of 3/8" galvanized chain and 100 feet of 5/16 line. When Abe moves the battery into the console he will also be moving the the circuit breaker to the console, replacing all switches and tiding up my messy wiring job(s). We have plenty of line for going through the locks, but I still need to find bumpers. I know we have them... I will be stowing all our gear in 2 or 3 coolers that we will place in the back. The coolers are waterproof and easily moved about. Dave is in charge of lunches and snack food. I was thinking bananas and apples, but he has more elaborate choices in mind. More later....
