Thanksgiving wisdom from my mother via her facebook post this morning: This morning I would like to address Thanksgiving dressing. A lot of us will begin celebrating this weekend. First let me say that stuffing is not natural. Thats enough on that. Everyone likes dressing like their mom cooked. If you dont cook it the same then yours is not good. If I agree to make dressing for church, work or whatev er, then you will have to eat it like my mom made it. If your mom didnt make it like my mom, then she was wrong. I know that is hard to hear, but true. The trouble is, you all feel the same way. If I dont make it like your mom, then I am wrong. Last year my brother and sisters and their family were at my house on Thanksgiving. My very own sister was worried that her kids would not like our dressing. WE HAVE THE SAME MOTHER! Anyway, with so much going on in our world and so much we have to be tolerant and politically correct on, please dont let the dressing ruin your Thanksgiving. I feel so much better getting this off my chest. Tomorrow I will address giblet gravy. thank you
