That awkward moment when you lose your balance on a treadmill, grab onto the computer part for dear life, hang in there for about 10 seconds then get taken down like roadkill. Honestly Im not embarrassed at all, just relieved that the gym was so full of people so that when I looked up there were 30 people around me to make sure I was ok. To the other 20 who also came to the crowd to ensure I was safe incase there wasnt an appropriate person to assist me in the first crowd. A heart felt thank you. To the gym staff who proceeded to ask me if I was ok every five minutes until I left to ensure those who didnt see my crash heard about it...thank you. And lastly, to the lovely lady who delivered me a stack of paper towel and then proceeded to yell out dont worry it happens to all of us in an effort to make me less embarrassed and mortified than I already was. Youre a liar but I found your words comforting nevertheless and you can never have enough paper towel so again...thank you. Treadmill - 1. Monique -0.
