Aside from things such as reporting requirements, Obamacare’s mandates will directly obligate only about 1 percent of American businesses to do anything different." I hope those on my friends list who are small business owners will take the time to read this. For those small business owners, there will be tax credits for offering insurance to your employees through the HCA (Health Care Exchange)
