That ministry of devolution is putting up 300 toilets in Kibra with direct line to the sewer grid is good news that should not be opposed.Funny enough the empty whistles opposing these are people who live in self contained houses with toilets & bathrooms inside or in clean apartments with both shared.Reminds me of When Jesus told that rich man to go sell his properties then follow him--a task the rich man could not afford to do.Lets support whats right folks.This is noble.Before you accuse me of anything--tell us where you live & if it has a toilet inside & why you hate others enjoying the same clean facilities.
