That moment when you receive a note with thanks, love & words of kindness that bring you to your knees, with flood gates of tears.... How do you express how much you love the gift and tell them thank you??!! No one has ever called me their hero..... 4 years ago I heeded a call to start a training group, Tri 413. I put together an informational meeting, and a few people showed interest and came to that first meeting. Jeannie Villo Bishop expressed that she want to be a runner, but had never run before, as in never, ever! My goal was to simply provide really great training at an affordable price, but give each athlete the attention they deserved as if they were #1. Jeannie came into the group with no experience, and in 1 years time she ran an entire 5K, no walking, to triathlons, crazy 3 mile river race swims, a swim across Lake Minneola, countless other races and just this past weekend she raced in her first half marathon and did SPLENDID! She has inspired SO many others to live the healthy lifestyle and try something new. She made a choice, 4 years ago, to live a life she had never lived before. To seize each moment, and reach for the moon and stars, and let nothing stand in her way. Our motto for Tri 413 is I can do ALL things.... and she is living proof! My goal was to help people lead healthy lifestyles through over all health and wellness paired with exercise. Today, when I read her kind words spoken from her heart, I have never felt more accomplished. Jeannie is ONE OF A KIND.... She is someone to cherish and I truly miss her each week that our group meets. Jeannies husband got a job transfer a little over a year ago, so she no longer lives near us, but she is ALWAYS in my heart. I miss you like CRAZY my friend!! You have left a rather large fingerprint in my life, and the surprise today was a shock! YOU are one of MY heros Jeannie. You took a chance and signed up with me as your coach, and never looked back. You inspire me, you remind me to not sweat the small stuff, you make me laugh, and I miss you so! Thank you for the edible gift bought, and chocolate stars! Everything is AMAZING! LOVE YOU.... and Im still praying you back HOME. :) xoxo
