That one moment when a team member actually praises you for being a great lead, can make up for all the bad time youve been having, much akin to how the sweet fragrance of your loved one lifts you up. I cant be prouder today. Its one thing getting appreciation from friends or family and quite extra ordinarily, another thing getting appreciation from someone in your team. I know I am sacrificing a little humility by putting up this status but this is just to show all the people with me, a little of my gratitude. Life has been really hectic in the last few days and sometimes I have had to go an extra mile for some team member or the other. Sometimes it does wear me down. But such appreciation just rejuvenates me. I promise personally this time. I will never let any of you down. I have learnt a lot and will keep learning. Thank you Alloy! I could never have seen this day if not for you. Both the Bangalore and Visakhapatnam teams. :) :)
