That, was the best dinner youve made whilst being in Abu Dhabi! commented my hubbie! Weve lived here over 3 years!! Pan fried topside, cooked in a little butter - with salt & pepper. Pan deglazed with 2 tablespoons of double cream and lots of black pepper. Served with a mix of roasted veggies. (Cooked with heaped tablespoon of mixed dried herbs and a light oil - I find olive oil to heavy) Dont drown your meat with too thick a sauce which is overly spiced! Let the meat do the talking!!
