Thats not abuse! The guy is resisting arrest, the cops have no backup and have a potentially volatile crowd. Non of this would have happened if the guy didnt resist arrest. Ive seen police abuse when a guy is standing unarmed and beaten up by two officers at night unseen, or so they thought. These officers here are open to public scrutiny and are using reasonable force in a very difficult situation. Thats what I can see. Sad situation overall.
