The 16th is coming quickly so I wanted to give some information that will be discussed at the first meeting. The book we will be using this year is the Junior Journey Agent of Change. The Uniform will be the Green Vest. The girls will need a green insignia tab and transfer their pins to that. The flag, troop number and council patch will need to be put on the vest. You have to buy new numbers because they have a green backing the same with the council patch make sure to get the one for Juniors. Their uniform will be Khaki pants and a white polo shirt. Uniforms are not needed at meetings but any event we go to they are. Membership stars can go on the vest as well. I will send out the placement of patches and pins in an email. Reminder no patches go on the vest unless we have given them to you so please do not purchase any other patches outside of the ones in this message. Please make sure the girls are on time as there will be some new rules discussed at the first meeting. They must have their folders and composition books for every meeting and their book will be required by the first meeting in October. Any girl that did not early bird will need to register on the first night. Registration is 15.00 and the Council fee of 10.00 unless you fill out the voucher for the council fee. See you on the 16th at 5pm sharp. Parents plan on staying 1/2 hour at the beginning of the meeting for a parents meeting and to fill out paperwork.
