The 2013-2014 membership drive for Keep Lindsay Beautiful (KLB) is officially in full swing! We need your participation; Mother always said ‘Many hands make light work!’ Member suggestions and participation will influence future projects and improvements for the Lindsay Parks and the City of Lindsay. Current projects being considered by the KLB board are: Park bathroom improvements, park gazebo on northeast side of creek, picnic tables and covers for new east park, Frisbee golf course, tether ball game, recycle containers for park trash, stepping stones around park water faucets and repairing the merry-go-round. The KLB board believes the best way to reach and communicate with those that would like to help with KLB projects and funding is via emails. Please respond to this email with your name, address and phone number so we can establish a ‘Keep Lindsay Beautiful’ membership email group for future communications. Emails will save KLB time and money plus allow the board to share information as to when and where volunteer help is needed. Attached to this email is a membership form, please complete it and return it to us; KLB address is on the form. Please forward this invitation to any and all individuals and/or businesses that might wish to join KLB as a member and help with the club’s efforts.
