The 2014 real and personal property tax statements have been - TopicsExpress

The 2014 real and personal property tax statements have been mailed, so Benton County property owners should be receiving them soon. Property tax statements were sent for all real and personal property parcels, regardless of whether or not the taxes are escrowed through a mortgage company. If the property taxes are escrowed, the bottom of the payment stub contains the escrow number. Payment on the first half is due May 15th and must be postmarked by May 15th to be considered timely. Payments can be made on the Benton County website, by mail, or in person at the Auditor-Treasurer’s office. The Auditor-Treasurer’s office is open from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. We have also recently installed a drop box outside the main door to our building so that payments can also be dropped off after hours. Mobile home property tax statements will be mailed in July. If you have any questions, please contact the Auditor-Treasurer’s office at (320)968-5006.
