The 2015 Mid-South Stocker Conference will be on February 18, 2015 and located at the Convention Center in Cave City, Kentucky. The conference is a cooperative effort between the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service and The University of Tennessee Extension. The objectives of the conference are to assist stocker operators in exploring ideas for the production of efficient performing healthy cattle and determining the role of stocker production in a rapidly evolving cattle industry and effectively meeting consumer expectations. These objectives are being accomplished through take home information and carrying out educational programs that present innovative ideas that can be readily applied to individual operations.
