The 2nd Congressional District Seat has a representative (Robin Kelly) that is bought & paid for by former Mayor Michael Bloomberg in February 2013. This seat is not for sale. The opportunity to correct this is Election Day November 4th, 2014. Shamefully, Robin Kelly & the Democratic Machine had me kicked off the ballot January 9th, 2013 by stealing 599 signatures from my nomination papers to be below the minimum number of 1256. Leaving Robin Robbing Kelly on the ballot alone. I will not be diverted from the goal of becoming the next Congressman of the 2nd District. You need to know these dirty tricks so you will know we have Jesse Jackson Jr. in a dress as congressperson now. The same corruption with no change at all just there is now a woman doing the dirt. We The People of the 2nd District have been plagued with corruption and when you take a glance at the district, it resembles a wasteland. This trend must end. In 2012, 40,006 2nd District residents wanted (voted for) MARCUS LEWIS as their choice for Congressman. They saw the future. On November 4th, 2014, We The People must elect a representative that is free of the corruption that has sent the last two reps., I.e., Jesse Jackson Jr. & Mel Reynolds to prison. THEREFORE, I, Marcus Lewis, am running as a WRITE-IN in the General Election to be the next Congressman of the 2nd Congressional District. I am unscathed by any scandals. I will be a representative that guides the district to self determination and rebuilding the district producing massive job growth for stability focusing on manufacturing. Now is the moment to Make It Right. Lets get to work to Take Back Our Seat.
