The AP`s mortgage proposal is not at all approved. Because this kind of mistake done by the TD government and sold out the NSF etc big assets to the private firms. however it is privatisation , But keeping land in Banks , government will loose its control. if not paid as per banks act they can auction it. it is a public property, wherein government cannot do it in any angle. Mr krishna Rao , Chief secretary proposal is baseless. Loans part of farmers related to the political agenda to win the elections. It does not mean the elected public given to sell the property. it asks to govern the property . Hence Chief secretary should not neither give a chance of such unfit proposals. And the Government is choosen for good governance. But not for sale of all public properties. So far so forth there is no crises till last season in the agriculture front on the region. Where is the question of waiving of loans. If politically fails by the TD party it is their own problem. But not repeat with scams. Let elected party and its government impress RBI what for they need waive of loan and what amount and how to address it. But not selling and keeping bank( use safe and good words), etc is no good for the government. They may run out. Ultimately center will impose president rule than they will attend the crises development. It is looks there is no plan in the Government . Planning department to be come forward to plan it and implement it immediate manner. it is clear indication that the Government become inactive . The only solution is let elected body represent the center and obtain the funds.
