The Absolute communicates with human beings non-verbally through the internal power of our intuitive mind and the external signposts of meaningful coincidence, what Carl Jung called a Synchronicity. From a Metaphysical point of view, what has happened almost simultaneously to Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson is a meaningful coincidence or Synchronicity. The human ego is not a real entity; it is by definition totally disconnected from the human spirit. The more suffering and chaos there is in the world due to ignorance, negative thinking and egoic thinking by human beings, the more human egos that will be crushed in the process. Destroying ego and thus injecting more pure Consciousness into the world, the human race has an automatic self-correcting mechanism, suffering. As an example, President Lincoln’s 6 year old son died right in the midst of the Civil War. Lincoln was left constantly wondering why his personal pain and the country’s pain from the deaths of hundreds of thousands of American soldiers on both sides was so great. Those thoughts coalesced into his new understanding of the Nature of Reality and the Morale Universe. Lincoln later said, “Out of this suffering must come a new birth of freedom and a new birth of our Republic”.
