The Academy have received a lovely letter from our Work Experience Student : I would like to thank you for the invaluable experience that i have gained during my work experience placement at The Academy. I have enjoyed my time greatly and have taken great consideration into going into Hairdressing in the near future. It has helped me to gain a clear understanding of the real world of work and i have learnt a great deal about the skills required to be successful at Hairdressing. The things i particularly enjoyed about the work experience placement was being able to experiment on head blocks, practicing sets and blow drying. Another thing that i particularly enjoyed was having my first client and being given the trust to take on that job. I would really appreciate if you could please thank Denise, John, Jenny and Carol for supporting me during my work experience placement and gave their time to ensur that i had such a valuable experience.
