For years the makers of the vegetable drink V8 would show someone drinking a coke or another drink, then they’d hit themselves on the forehead and say, “I could have had a V8!” It was what is called an “epiphany,” or something big you just realized. “Epiphany” is also a special holiday for many on January 6 of each year.
