The Appellate Court has still not rendered its decision since oral arguments were presented last Thursday, the Supreme Court refused to hear oral arguments ahead of the Appellate Court, which they could have done at anytime, these delaying tatics are a farce, when will the people realize that they are being denied their right to vote on an issue that is supported by more then 75% of the people in Illinois. The Courts are controlled by Mike Madigan and the Democratic Party in Cook County. Enough is enough the Judges will do well to remember that they too will come up for Retention at some point in time, the people will start to pay attention.
