The Aquino administration should end any negotiations granting military basing rights to the United States military, representatives of 56 countries who attended the 18th Congress of the International Association of Democratic Lawyers (IADL) in Brussels, Belgium had sought in a resolution. Aside from this, the delegates of the conference also called for the pullout of all US troops, facilities and military assets from the Philippines.
