The Arizona Science and Astronomy Expo hosted some fantastic speakers this weekend. Emily Lakdawalla, the senior editor at The Planetary Society, gave a talk about planetary exploration. She emphatically pointed out that since deep space missions are presently so underfunded, we will eventually have a decade without any deep space data and images (because it takes years to develop the projects). Take action and go to the site below if you would like to advocate for science and space exploration. Congress is actually very receptive to constituents on this particular issue.
