The Autism Learning Center in St. Joseph, Michigan is hiring for a Behavior Consultant/Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Michigan. Some responsibilities of this position are to provide education, training and direction for families, clients and professionals in the areas of behavior management, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program development and revision, training front-line staff implementing ABA programs, establishing teaching goals, functional analysis of behaviors, and the development of appropriate means of communication. This position will directly report to the Director of the Sonya Ansari Center. A Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Management and Credentials as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is required. Strong knowledge of and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders & other development disabilities is required. Candidates must possess excellent ability to communicate with families and other professionals. Extensive experience developing and managing programs for specials needs population is required. This is a full-time position; the hours may vary.
