The BBC World News gives a sobering article on what the leaders from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change have concluded in Yokohama. increasing magnitudes of warming increase the likelihood of severe, pervasive and irreversible impacts. Our human elegance is required if we are to make this world a better place. If not, global warming will likely press many humans into poverty.
