The BEST EVER NO BAKE FRUIT CAKE Mix together 1# Graham Crackers crushed fine 1# Dates ( chopped) 1# Candied Cherries ( Chopped) ( I use half red and half green) 1# Walnuts ( Chopped) Melt over heat Make sure you stir and do not let it stick to the bottom of the pan or it will burn. 3/4 cup Milk 1 # Marshmallows (dont be cheap on the marshmallows, buy the Kraft Jet Puffed) Pour the milk/marshmallow mixture over the other ingredients. Mix together The mixture will be thick and gooey. 5 Small Greased Bread Tins I press the mixture into 5 small bread tins. You can use 1 large. I put the tins in the freezer for a bit and then they will release much better. This is a nice rich tasting Fruit Cake. It is awesome, and you will be making it every year.
